MSc(DME) = master of science (distance measuring equipment)?
FFRRCSI = ?????

Also, if someone is designated MBBCh, FRCPC, does that mean they got two bachelor degrees in surgery and medicine and then joined the FRCPC? What would be the job description of someone like this? Or are they equivalent to MD's?
