These comments assume you had a more general role before taking on the leadership position:
Paid Employment-Not Medical/Clinical could be used as the tag if you want to include all your employment dates and hours in one space, including a description of the leadership role (which could also be included in the title you give the activity). If, OTOH, you have sufficient hours for the leadership role to stand on it's own and/or have lots of description you want to include, then you could generate two spaces for employment at that same location, with the Leadership-Not Listed Elsewhere space including only those dates and hours when you engaged in the leadership activity (taking care to subtract those hours from the Employment space Total Hours so they aren't double counted).
