I am a New Jersey resident and I want to start medical school in 2016.
My cGPA: 3.32 and sGPA is 3.12 according to aacomas -( with a upward trend)
My 2015 mcat score was 490
I have a lot of extracurriculars: shadowing (DO letter), volunteering, a lot of community service, 2 research labs, leadership positions, etc.
I also believe my letter of recs are strong.

I realize it is risky, but I want to try.
My application just got verified with one school: Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine

This is my list of schools to add on, are there any I should add on/take off?

Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine
Burrell School of Osteopathic Medicine
Campbell U. School of Osteopathic Medicine – North Carolina
Edward Via VA & Carolinas College of Osteopathic Medicine
Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine
Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine – Bradenton
Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine - Pennsylvania
Lincoln Memorial U DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine
Marian Univ. College of Osteopathic Medicine-Indianapolis
Nova Southeastern Coll of Osteopathic Medicine
Pacific Northwest Univ Coll of Osteopathic Medicine
Univ of New England Coll of Osteopathic Medicine
West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine
William Carey Univ College of Osteopathic Medicine

I was also considering adding:
Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine
Touro U College of Osteopathic Medicine – New York
A T Still U. Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine
A T Still U. Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine-Georgia

This MCAT score will simply not work for any medical school in the US.

You don't think I could get into anyy DO schools? I could take the mcat again, but it would be in Jan. If I were to improve significantly would I still have a shot for this cycle? (For those schools that accept jan 2016 mcat? )

You are talking about an MCAT score that is at the 20th percentile. That is between a 19-20 on the old MCAT. No I don't think there is a single DO school that would be interested in that. And I would be saying this same thing even if you had a 3.9, not a 3.3/3.1.

You really need to buckle down for an MCAT re-take and take as much time as you need to do substantially better(think at least 60th+ percentile). Your chances are zero this cycle. In fact re-taking the test and rushing it before you are ready will significantly harm your chances for future cycles. You need to step back and really think what caused you to get the MCAT score you got and how you can improve on that substantially and what it will take. Because even if you get a 60th percentile on the re-take you are far from a sure thing for a DO acceptance.

Your MCAT is lethal for ANY DO school, even LUCOM.

You have retake the MCAT, but not until you fix the deficits that caused you to do so poorly.

Applying in January will mean that you'll most likely end up inteeviewing for a spot on a wait list.

Your sGPA is on the low side for a number of DO schools, like all the Touros, CCOM and KCUMB. Retake all F/D/C science coursework.

Thank you for your advice.
I don't have any F/Ds, but I will consider retaking the science prerequisites I have Cs in.
