My heart beat is tachycardic as I know that I am torn
For my gratuitous trepidation and presentience
will not subside as with my eternal sense of lorn
It is exactly for this that I myself was born
But please do not regard taciturnity as a vise
For I will be ponderous for many days and nights
And for this I may warn
Please do not resort to scorn
As i doubt the incessancy of infatuation
As all true romantics do
Keats, Byron and Shelley are tried and true
With a flip of a coin our vows are sewn
Am I a mere stepping stone
With the impetuosity of adolescence
Soon comes the reality of convalescence
But every bullet has its billet the wise man says
So I am not sure if this feeling of passion is true
but I just hope that you feel it too
And if we can make it last
And avoid the dreaded half-mast
We can circumvent these feelings of blue
And live our lives together as two

What is this I don't even.
