It looks like in some places surgeons have to do a hundred or more surgeries just to pay their malpractice insurance.
And the fees are going down while the cost of living goes up.

Notice those are medicare payments. If you don't like the looks of it either a) don't go into surgery or b) don't treat patients with medicare.

clearly florida surgeons are less skilled than indiana surgeons
