You will, in most cases, need the following.

General Biology 1+2 w/labs
Microbiology w/lab
Molecular Biology/Genetics
General, inorganic chemistry 1+2 w/labs
Organic Chemistry 1+2 w/labs
Biochemistry
Physics 1+2 w/labs
English Grammar and Composition
General Psychology
Calc 1 and Stats

Classes in bold you will have to have for virtually every school, the classes in normal font are required at many but not all.

Yes you need to take the labs... and no they will not help you much. You just have to do it... it is part of the weed out process.
