Start Date for School numero Uno- aug 15
Start Date for School numero Dos- aug 3

If you send a letter of intent to a school you are waitlisted at claiming that you will definitely attend if accepted. But since their waitlist was taking so long to move and another school (your 2nd choice) sent you an acceptance letter you accepted the offer to go to your 2nd choice (since the start date was approaching).

Then later in the summer school numero uno decided to send you an acceptance letter after you already started school numero dos.

Does it look really bad in the eyes of the dean of school numero uno? Sice you sent mad letters claiming you would definitely go there. I mean it's not your fault they took so f'ing long to accept you. Should you continue with classes at school numero dos or withdrawal and run to numero uno?

AAMC rules state that no school can pull you off a waitlist after you have matriculated at another school. So they would NOT be able to pull you after August 3rd.

Therefore, no problems...

What happens with the loans that were taken out and paid to the first school after classes started and you decide you want to go to the second school when you get in?

loans will only be cancelled (and I quote) "upon death or total and permanent disability of the borrower" :p
