What have you seen work best on patients with a femoral neck ORIF non-union >3months?

Was just curious if anyone has had positive experiences with bone stims or if you just go for the total hip at that point?

Not enough info in this post, but 99x out of 100 total hip. If you want more accurate answers post x-ray, patients age, comorbidities etc.
