What is AADSAS # up to?

Just wondering what the AADSAS number is up to now. I applied on June 25 and had a number in the 1200's. Seems to be a lot higher than the same time last year.

you have to remember that AADSAS seems to be on top of things this year. So they started processing the applications much sooner. Last year it took them 2 months just to start processing. However, 1,200 is very high already. I think about 40% of the applicants apply by August. So by now it should be near 3,000. It is expected that this year will be a very competitive cycle.
