What is happening with the Louisianna (especially New Orleans) ophtho residents?

Any of them in this forum? I had heard that the Texas programs were going to be absorbing them but was curious if that was true. I remember that a few NO residents visited our program a few weeks after Katrina since their programs were hit hard. There may be a PGY-2 spot opening up at my program...(although not definite).
