what is late in the cycle? what is early?

So I have been wondering about the cycle and its timeline. it seems that most people on SDN are on their app game and early.

I have all of my 2ndaries in and my file was complete at most schools on July 23rd or so.

how did i do?

I wanted to be early but that is when my school sent out my composite to amcas.

ooo ive read the forum..i also no about 8 schools notifying individuals of interviews....SO, my question still remains.
