What is the difference between Surgeon Consultant in Urology and Masters of surgery in Urology?

I came across the term "Master of Surgery" in Urology.
I wonder if it is the same as a Surgeon/consultant in Urology.
I shall be obliged if someone clarifies.

I've never heard that term before, and am not so sure it's a "thing." you either complete a residency in urology and become board certified or you don't. maybe the urologist just has a big ego and calls himself a master of surgery :).

Sounds like a degree that would be awarded under the British medical education system. And, according to Google, that's what it is.
