Why must all their old patients come back to your service just because "they are my patient." I know you want to be protective of your small but hopefully growing practice, BUT WTF MAN!! I dont want to manage unresectable tumors that you biopsied 6 months ago for a freaking tissue diagnosis! Or manage a patient with carcinamotosis that you operated on 1 year ago!!!! There is a reason there are many different services in the hospital!
I am fine with managing a post-op PE, they should NOT go to medicine, but come on.......enough is enough. These freaking attendings got to cut the strings and let their patients be managed by the right people!!!!
