In general what is a good combination of LORs to use for Family Medicine? I have 2 Family LORs 1 IM LOR from endocrinology rotation and 1 psych LOR. They're all strong. Im debating whether I should use the psych or IM.

Typically what are other good combination of LORs to use for family medicine?

I think you would be fine with any combo from there. IM and FM are close enough that I doubt they would be weighed much differently, and often students have better access to quality IM training anyway. Psych interest and demonstration of competence is a huge bonus to primary care specialties, and likely appreciated even more in FM. I would simply pick what your best 3 LORs would likely be. I also don't think it's an unreasonable question to send to programs, but I wouldn't necessarily expect a response, and I wouldn't couple it with a lot of fluff and/or other questions.
