Hi, I've been living and working on my own since I was 18. But most medical schools require you to put parents' income info on FAFSA. Is there a cut off where you receive no aid? For example, if my parents make around 150kish combined, could I expect any aid? Or is it all loans for me. I made around 30k last year.

They only consider your parents income for need based aid, which not every school gives. Their income will have no bearing on your ability to get loans for the full cost of attendance, but your credit history will. Clean it up now if you need to, or plan for a co-signer.

Is there an income level cut off for need based aid?

Need based aid is school specific and not offered to substantial numbers of students at the schools that have it. Merit aid is more common but those are used to attract high caliber prospective students or students that meet categories for defined scholarship programs. For the vast majority of students, loans will be the default option to pay for medical school.
