Roughly what percent of II's have gone out at this point?

Hard to guess at this but if the WashU MSTP statistics are representative of the national trends at large:

Then about 50-70% of interview slots would have been filled at this point, historically.

Something tells me that WashU MSTP statistics may not be representative of the applicant pool overall.

between 0 and 100.

You can check a few schools' application trackers as indicators.

Michigan, Colorado, Oakland are the 3 I'm familar with. Poke around their admissions websites for more details.

My gut tells me national average is close to 60%

Even WashU MD would not be a good choice since they are late/slow to start, with first interviews in like mid or late Sept

OP it totally depends on the school in question!

To quote the sexy GrumpyGus about this topic

"Oakland is just over 50% (https://wwwp.oakland.edu/medicine/admissions/admissions-events/)

Michigan has scheduled 415 of around 600 they usually schedule (69% done) ( https://medicine.umich.edu/medschoo...ool/files/field/docs/5YearAdmSnapshot16_1.pdf andhttps://medicine.umich.edu/medschool/education/md-program/md-admissions)

Tulane's Dean said they've done around 70% 3 weeks ago.

heard Pitt is around 75%

Loyola's dean personally told me middle of September that they've done more than half

Arizona - PHX has offered 240 interviews for around the 300 they usually offer (80% done) (http://phoenixmed.arizona.edu/admissions)

Wayne state has requested 526 of 670 spots (78%) (http://admissions.med.wayne.edu/)

I'm sure some schools have done less and some more, but of all the data I have it seems to be around 50-80 is right."
