O Optimist Senior Member 7+ Year Member 15+ Year Member Joined Nov 9, 2003 Messages 277 Reaction score 0 Mar 3, 2004 #3 It's about 25,000 in April and 32,000 in August. But these August MCATers also include those taking it for the first time, either the year before they apply, or the year during which they apply. There are better statistics here, http://www.aamc.org/students/mcat/examineedata/pubs.htm You have to right click and save the PDFs.
