What qualifies someone for MCAT Pre-registration?

A friend of mine wants to register early but got no response from AAMC regarding this - saw that the register dates for 2021 MCAT in Jan/March are Nov 2 for pre-registration and Nov 10 for regular. What's the difference? How can one qualify for pre? Thanks!

It’s not a separate registration. When pre registration starts you’re able to go into the system and enter all your information and pick your date, but you’re not registered. You have to come back November 10th and officially register. Pre-registration just lets you fill out your info first to save time for actual registration.
