Hi,

So I was just reading over my primary application, and I was mortified to learn that I had accidentally put 2017 for a date when it should have been 2018 for an activity. I don't want to make the adcoms think I was lying or fudging anything, so is there anything I can do?
Never, ever bring attention to a negative. You can correct it at interviews

Agreed, regardless of whether you've been doing this activity for 2 vs. 3 years, you clearly have been doing it for a prolonged period of time. If it comes up you can correct it, and most will understand that you made an unintentional error.

I had the hours listed, so those didn't change. It's more about the flow of events and how they relate to each other. One life experience led me to do it, but the way it is now makes it look like I did the activity before the inspiration for it.
I promise you that nobody is examining your application with that fine tooth of a comb pre-interview. It's stats + hours + bonus points if you happen to have something truly interesting on your application=decision for or against interview.
