What should I do next? Thoughts on transfer students?

Hi,
It would be wonderful if you guys could help me out and let me know what EC's I should focus on next/ if anyone has advice of getting into UCSF? What do they think about community college?
School: transferring to Berkeley from community college
GPA: 4.0
Major: Political Economics
MCAT: not yet
EC's:

Paid: Baker, Clerk at Bakery
Clinical Volunteering: Marin General and UCSF
Internships: Fall marketing intern at Healthy Planet US (nonprofit) and Spring intern at Marin Health and Human Services
Research: Currently working part time at UCSF Osher center (Integrative medicine) and UCSF Brain Lens (Nueroscience).
Other: Model UN, tennis, taekwondo​

Lacking: Shadowing, "leadership", and non clinical volunteering

Last thought: I am developing an app with a business major friend of mine, do you think that would help set me apart as an applicant?
