Everything is fair game.

Audio is typically:
heart sounds- murmurs mainly
chest sounds- crackles, etc
bowel sounds- tinkling sounds for obstruction, etc

I didn't have any video, but from the practice questions I did they were things like Parkinson's, Bell's Palsy, Chvostek's sign. etc.

UW has examples of pretty much all the sounds you need to know, but no video questions. From what other people have told me, the video q's are pretty basic stuff. Nothing off the wall. I haven't heard of anyone getting over 5 media questions in their test, so allocate your time where you need it. I wouldn't go overboard if you have other more important stuff to study.
