I’ve updated 2 schools that I’m waitlisted at in March. Since then I’ve pretty much done nothing new since the place I was volunteering at got closed down due to covid. I’ve continued working at my job and have been running 60-70 miles per week in preparation for a goal sub-17 min 5K at a turkey trot in Nov

These aren't worth an update unless you're dealing with a needy school.

A publication, a semester of good grades, a major award... those are update worthy
