what would a PD prefer?

hey guys what would a PD prefer for general surgery (for an IMG)?

- a guy with 2 US LORs, 1 month USCE, ECFMG certified by early Oct., Step 3 clear by November

OR

a guy with 3 US LORs (3rd one in late October), 2 months USCE, ECFMG certified by mid December, Step 3 by Jan/Feb

ok lemme put it this way...

I think I will get more interview calls if I get ECFMG certified by early October

But during interview in Nov- Dec will PDs value me having a 3rd US LOR (added to ERAS in late October, with ECFMG certificate due in Dec.) MORE

OR

having a current ECFMG certificate MORE
