What would be the best way to finance your dental school tuition ? other than hpsp and several other

Here are the ways that I am familiar with:
- Pay cash
- Student loans + Loan repayment programs (through the NHSC or state level programs)
- HPSP/Military Scholarship - Full tuition/fees paid, and a $2,229.30/mo stipend for living expenses (Stipend applies for 10.5 months. The remaining 1.5 months you are paid as an Officer at a higher rate).
- NHSC Scholarship - Full tuition/fees paid, and a $1,344.00/mo stipend for living expenses
- IHS (Indian Health Service) Scholarship - Full tuition/fees paid. Not sure if they give a stipend for living expenses.
