What do you guys think are "good enough" scores to get into dental schools to the point where you will stop thinking about retaking the DATs??

Well I know thats impossible since I think the highest possible score in certain sections like orgo is below a 30 which for orgo was 28 or 29 I think. But I do wonder if there is anyone out there with a perfect DAT.

That's incorrect. A buddy of mine scored a 30 last year in Orgo section of DAT.

It isn't impossible, but it goes like this: You get prefect score on one section then you get a 29. You get a perfect score on 2 sections then you get a 29 and a 30.

It's a bit weird.

I got a 30 in one section, with 19-22 in every other section so anything's possible.

Which section?
Was it a science? I think what I said only applies to science. Not 100% sure.

I would say 19AA, 19TS, 17PAT if you have a 3.5 or better. If you have between a 3.2-3.5 I would say 20AA, 20TS, 17PAT. If you have less than a 3.0, well, you better have 30s and know the dean.

so if i get perfect on all 3, I guess i will get 29, 30, 30 🙂

If you got every question on the entire test right, then you would get a perfect 30.
