Obviously committing a felony would be grounds to have an acceptance rescinded but I was wondering what other things could possibly cause one to loose an acceptance??? Bad last semester grades? Getting fired from a job? Changing your schedule so it doesn't match the stuff you listed on AMCAS? Basically how hard is it once your accepted to get those acceptances taken away? If anyone has any stories it would be good to hear so the paranoid among us know what kind of situations to avoid.

surely not. people do this all the time, as long as you send in your final transcript and don't make straight Fs, it should be fine. i hope, since i definitely changed mine quite a bit.

Many schools (most?) require accepted students to maintain a C or better in all remaining course work, so doing substantially worse than this could be problematic. There may also be ways to lose acceptance due to really bad credit, inability to obtain loans, bankruptcy, etc. making it clear you are unable to pay for the school -- if private.
