If after getting accepted but before starting school, travel and play video games.

1) 2 weeks vacation
2) Expensive internships or research work (the ones where you have to travel to a different state or institution to do).
3) Donate 2-3 million dollars to the medical school I would want to go to in the future.

Likely go to Africa and teach children English/be a summer school teacher.

Work out an initiative in Africa that can help reform education systems.

I want to live in a rural area/farm/village tbh. I've about had it with metropolitan areas.
