Reisdents: What epiphanies have you had from the first day of medical school until now that might be of interest to those just beginning the process? What do you regret? Do you wish you had partied more, partied less, studied more, studied less?

What things were you most concerned with during your 4th year of med school? What could you have done earlier in med school to prepare better for them?
