Psychology is an option. Some pre-reqs fall within the major and some fall in the free electives section.

Exercise science is really close. It also has you take a few extra anatomy courses (at least at my undergrad) that make a world of difference as I drown in D1 general anatomy.

Technically the answer is bio and chem, but I really wish I majored in something fun like philosophy. Major in what interests you NOT in a major that shares the prerequisites. You will do better if you are interested in what you are studying and stand out more.
