From what I’ve heard from recent interviewees NYC is up around 240s-250s including the bonuses, maybe even slightly higher at places with very bad reputations for work happiness but I wouldn’t take those jobs. Long Island used to pay higher than NYC hospitals but salaries seem to have evened out a bit.

Higher if you work nights.
