There are wound care fellowships for NURSES, but I"m unaware of (and couldn't find any listed on FREIDA) any for physicians. The Nursing fellowships lead to certification as a Wound Care Nurse/Specialist - these nurses often manage complicated ulcers, diabetic wounds, etc. The closest group of physicians that would manage these as well would be general and plastic surgeons.
