What’s considered “late” in this weird cycle

I’m applying through TMDSAS. I submitted my app a couple days ago without my DAT (Plan to take it Sept 15) and Rec letters.

Would I be considered a “late” applicant? I saw conflictions between the TMDSAS EY 2021 timeline, school statements, and their websites.


Also side note, do I have a good chance this cycle if I get a solid 21+ on the DAT? I got 3.7s/3.6c gpa, 1500+ hours of volunteering, but no research. My #1 is TAMU, also Texas resident.

Stats are competitive. Probably not truly “late“ until after september 1st. Although I don’t know if TX schools are known to pick their classes early. But I’d assume you’ll be okay. Submit any supplementals you get within a day or two of receiving them.
