What's tested on the USMLE

Is anyone aware of some kind of outline/subject sheet that lists the topics that are covered on Step 1, like something that a medical school uses to derive its curriculum?

I.E. On the MCAT, there was a 20-page outline of all the subjects that could be tested...it was from AAMC.
