What’s the diagnosis?

history of multiple I&Ds, including other eye for similar issue as a child. Lower Eyelid pain for 2 weeks. Reoccurrence of issue when stressed, or sick in the past. Not itchy. Palpable nodule. No significant improvement with warm compresses. Thoughts?

I'm just a lowly retina specialist, so I usually ignore this part of the eye, but if I had a recurring growth like area on the eye, I'd either refer to oculoplastics or attempt to biopsy the area (if you are comfortable doing that). May just be some herpetic growth (I'm purely guessing) but you always want to be safe
