But you already wasted your money on the primary Why don't people decide this BEFORE submitting their primary to each school?

I guess I'm just so broke that I'd never submit my primary to a school I did hope to go to.

Considering you're a 3.4/31 I think it makes sense to apply. It's true that it is new so it doesn't have a strong reputation established, but worry about who is your favorite after getting multiple admits
