I have been working on Kaplan verbal sections for the May 27th exam and they are extremely detail oriented. Also, it seems as though the answer choices are identical to one another. Doing well on these tests involves going to one exact line in a passage and reading it over and over until you manage to eliminate every possible loophole. Anyone else having trouble with these or is it just me?

Seriously. There have been more than a few questions where I could eliminate one of the answer choices, but the other three would either all look correct or look like they were saying the same thing.

Of course, the answer explanations made sense, but only when they spell it out for you. I can't believe many people could make the mental jumps it required to figure some of those out on your own.
