Everywhere I look I see really bad GPAs and MCATs for UMKC. I don't understand why, though, cause the stats I've seen are way off from other med schools. I could easily go there so I was wanting to know if anyone knew anything about UMKC (Go Kangaroos).

UMKC offers a combined college/M.D. Program for high school students, and applicants only need to take the ACT and not the MCAT. And then, between the 2nd and 3rd years of the combined program, 5-10 M.D.-only positions become available (and that requires an MCAT score). So that may help to explain why the GPAs/MCATs are kinda strange.
