The AAMC MCAT Content Outline is good to look through when you have finished your content review. You want to go through the list and make sure you are familiar with every topic on there. If you see some terms you don't recognize (e.g. Venturi effect, pitot tube), go learn about those topics. It doesn't take very long to scan through the list, so it's definitely worth going through.

I agree with previous poster. I went through it over my last month or so and made sure I had covered everything on it, especially the psych/soc outline.
