like the title. about when should the april results be released?

The 22nd is later than the MCAT usually is, so it should be in later June, 22nd or 23rd at the latest. This could possibly mean you get your secondaries a day or two later than the 2006 bunch, but other than that it should have no effect on your life.

It also means the wise-guys who took the MCAT August after their sophomore year will get a full 3 week jump, OMG we're screwed!
