When can i appear for NBDE Part 1 exam?

I am a dental student in Pakistan and would be glad if someone could tell me that when can i appear for nbde part 1 exam??
I have heard that after completing 2nd year, one can appear in d first part of the exam.Is that true ??

NO i dont think so ..u must need to submit BDS completion certificate and have to convert you percentage to GPA...hope this helps!!!!!!!

students in US dental schools who r enrolled in 4 yr dental program are eligible give NBDE part 1 after passing 2nd year subjects ..not FTDs .
