When can one apply the earliest?

Hello. I am planning to apply to medical schools, both DO and MD, this year. What is the earliest day I can start turning stuff in? I know it is June 1st for MD , but what about DO? Also, when do you guys suggest I should start working on the apps considering that I already have the LORs taken care of. THANKS
