well, this year is by no means typical!! some of us have received secondaries, but it's because some schools have chosen to bypass AMCAS and are not waiting for the AMCAS info to be transmitted (which it hasn't--no med school has anyone's AMCAS info to this date!). i myself submitted AMCAS on the 24th of june and have received 8 secondaries, but my AMCAS app still hasn't even been processed.

I submitted my amcas on july 8th, Ive gotten secondaries from vanderbilt, hopkins, pritzker, yale, and washu. sent back yale and washu, and pritzker I've done 3.5/4 essays, it should be out within the next couple days.
