When do non-rolling schools send out rejections?

So I was wondering if there was either a 'wall of shame 2006' thread i could refer to, or if anyone knows when schools like Columbia, Harvard, Yale and Cornell start sending out rejections. I think Cornell has sent out some, but none of the others (at least not officially). Any ideas?
