regarding interviews and all that ish. Cuz if we're sending everything out right now or w/in the next 2 weeks, and official admissions start what Oct.15, shouldn't people be hitting us up for interviews by at latest like late August? UUUUUGH THE PRESSURE IS TOO MUCH

think of the application like a marathon.......you haven't even reached mile 1 yet, and interviews will still be ongoing as late as mile 22.

a school that you sent in a secondary for last week could get back to you requesting an interview next March, April or even May!

hmmm, while the spirit of what you say is true and that there is no strong correlation between submittal time and reply time between schools I think there are few places that would interview someone next May if they had their 2ndary in already. (well, except Howard, but they seem to go inexorably slowly for some reason)
