My test is at 8am, and I want to practice waking up early. Is there a certain point where it's way too early for a human body to be waking up? Like I can't see that waking up 4am in the middle of the night is healthy. So what, like 5:30a?

I don't think there is a "healthy time" to wake up. It's more about getting enough hours of sleep. Plenty of people wake up super early or have night shifts without much trouble.
