When is the best time to apply?

I know that the earlier to apply the better...and June is early!!

But in another post, someone had said that adcoms don't give out most seats within the first month of interviews (which is like September--I believe).

If you complete your secondaries by July...aren't the chances of you getting an interview in September/October greater than if you submitted your secondaries later?? <-- This is assuming they want to give you an interview in the first place!

Someone told me to keep in the "Js" obviously it's mid-August now...but I don't think that's too bad. Better to be early though.
