How long will there be a demand for healthcare workers due to the "baby boom" generation?

Baby Boomers: born 1946-1964. So the youngest Boomers are 45 now. Using today's average lifespans, they should still be kicking for another 35 years or so.

But if that's not enough, don't worry. Our porous southern border will continue to provide plenty of patients. Just don't expect to get paid for treating any of them.
 
every year our population gets fatter, older, and sicker, so I'm going to say never. Not in any timeline you probably care about.
