When is the latest possible time to re-schedule your test date?

Searched through the forums and couldn't find a clear answer.

Are you allowed to re-schedule the morning of the exam?
Are you allowed to re-schedule the day before the exam?

Asking for Step 2 CK, but I'd assume the same applies to all the Steps.

If money is not an issue then you can just not show up for your exam date pay whatever fee charge you with for no-show and reschedule your exam. Otherwise, starting a month from your testing date it’s a few to change it plus more money each time you change it again.
