When should I take the MCAT for the first time - May/Apr ?

Hello

I plan on applying around July-August of 2008 and taking the MCAT sometime during the spring semester. I only need to take 2-3 university courses during the spring to graduate so I'll have plenty of time to study.
I want to take a prep course through PR but I'm unsure on which date to sign up for.

I would sign up for the first one.

Because if you take the MCAT in early April and get your results in late April, it would allow you enough time to retake the MCAT if necessary. Also, if you get your score in late April, that would allow you to apply in June (the earlier, the better) Good Luck!
