When to do Urology away rotation?

Hi all,

Does anyone know when the ideal time to do a Urology away rotation will be? I was originally trying to do one from mid sept to mid oct, but now, I'm worried that I won't be able to get my letter of recommendation from them into my application packet in time.

What do you think? Should I try to bump up and do an away rotation during my 3rd block?
